#BetterMe15 is a 15 week program. Each week is a new challenge called Growth Goals. Goals fall within one of four categories: Self-reflection, Health & Wellness, Relationships or Experiences. A holistic approach and supportive challenge; here’s to each of us in 2015, becoming a “better me”!
